      We offer a 10-day return policy for store credit only, so you have 10 days AFTER you receive an item to request a return.

      To start a return you must send an email to or fill out the Get In Touch form. You must then send the item back to the return address. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition you received it - unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. 

      Because we offer free shipping, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items can also be returned to the store headquarters locally for no cost.

      Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will offer an exchange if the product is available. If not, we will provide a refund in the original form of payment. 

      Exceptions / non-returnable items
      We cannot accept returns on jewelry, final sale items, regular sale items, or gift cards.

      Items can be exchanged for store credit or another size if the item is unused and unworn with tags on within 30 days. You can submit your request for another size by emailing us at or filling out our Get In Touch form with your requests. If the alternative size is not available then we can exchange for a similar item or we can process the item as a return and a credit will be issued back to the original payment method. See the Refund policy below for terms and conditions of returns. 

      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for your idea(s) via your original payment method. Please be advised, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
